Can I track my order?

After you have placed your order you will routinely receive a confirmation email, including a link to our tracker. You can click this anytime to follow the progress of your order from approval to dispatching by the pharmacy. You can see where your order is located at any particular time, within the distribution network, although this option is not widely available for international shipping.

What if tracking shows my order has arrived but I have not received it?

If you aren't in possession of your order but our system indicates it has been delivered, initially check whether the mailman has left a postcard stating they were unable to deliver. If they can confirm delivery then you will need to report the loss to the company. You should also get in touch with your credit card provider to arrange a refund and if necessary refer the matter to the police. If you need further assistance please notify Customer Services.

What if I am not in when the postal service tries to drop off my package? 

The courier will usually require a signature as proof of handover of your parcel. If you are not in when the drop-off is scheduled then they will usually leave a message for you to either approach them to book another suitable date for arrival or to visit their website to make alternative arrangements. If you do not contact them they may return the items to the pharmacy. There may also be an additional charge for resending the order.

How promptly can I expect my order?

All orders that are placed and paid for before 9.00 am, Monday to Friday, are sent directly to one of our partner doctors on the same day. Once the doctor has accepted and reviewed your order, they will ordinarily approve it and forward a prescription to the dispensing pharmacy at the earliest possible opportunity. However, if it is your first application, they are entitled to request further information from you before approving the order. Generally, the complete process from placement of your order to receipt takes between 3 and 5 business days. 

How will my consignment be sent?

All processed orders are carefully and discreetly packed in plain packaging. There will be no reference to pharmacytouk.com, the nature of your order or the medication. Packing is habitually carried out at the EU based pharmacy and the resultant shipment will be collected by an approved and reliable shipping service. For orders to be shipped outside of the EU, pharmacies are legally obliged to attach an invoice to the exterior indicating the contents and the price. In most cases, a signature may be required.

How much is shipping?

All products offered on our website are inclusive of shipping and handling. Therefore, everything is included in the amount that is stated for each individual product. There are no extraneous or hidden costs.

What regions do you dispatch to?

Our pharmacists are all situated in the EU and ship to all European Union countries and most other territories within Europe. It is not possible to ship orders to the Portuguese or the Canary Islands.

Can you supply orders to the US, Canada or South America?

Unfortunately, we do not distribute to these places.

Can pharmacytouk.com display the EU marque for the online sale of medicines?

Pharmacytouk.com is not a pharmacy and therefore cannot display the EU logo for the internet based selling of medicines. Nevertheless, those that we work with do display it or are eligible to do so.
