Shipping and delivery
Once your order is confirmed, all that is left to do is relax, and eagerly anticipate the fateful ring of the doorbell announcing your chosen product’s exciting arrival. Whilst you await this momentous occasion, we have complied a helpful list of the standard FAQ's relating to shipping and delivery so that you know exactly what to expect.
We will ship the product within one to three days of receiving payment.
It is impossible for us to state one company as our sole postage service, as it entirely depends on the method of delivery chosen. You can, however, be confident knowing that all businesses used by us are equal in terms of security and reliability.
We have made reviewing the status of an order easy. Your confirmation email contains a tracking number that should be inputted into the following URL: https://www.17track.net/. This only activates within 24/48 hours of the message being sent, so please exercise patience for a day or so.
Postage pricing is determined by which postage method has been picked.
Free delivery is available on orders on the equivalent of 200 EUR of above. The benefits of our stock has prompted many customers into wishing they had purchased larger quantities. Therefore, If you are - or foresee yourself - being a regular customer, it is worth stocking up or buying in bulk to save substantial money in the long term.
We carefully package and protect the integrity of every parcel before postage, so we apologise for any inconvenience if your product was compromised during transit. Please message pharmacytouk.com via our email address, attaching photos or a video of the damage if possible and we will work hard to resolve the problem.
If there is explicit, visible evidence to show your order has been seriously harmed then pharmacytouk.com may send the same product for free as a courtesy measure.
Regular/Standard delivery enables product delivery between 7-21 days from the date of postage. If you require a speedier transit, we recommend our Express option, where your parcel should arrive within a week.
If it has exceeded 7 days and your package is still not with you, there could well be a problem with the address of its destination. Please check your order confirmation to ensure details are correct and contact the delivery service directly.
Do not worry! We account for the sensitive nature of impotence problems, and packet orders accordingly. Everything purchased will be packed in plain parcels with no identifiable or telltale hallmarks or features.
If you get a letter from your home country's custom body regaling the necessity of additional payment, please request to ignore it and refuse delivery. This will arrange for the package to be returned to us. Afterwards, notify our customer service and we will rearrange the postage of a new package asap at no extra charge.
